Life Drawing Classes

Looking for a different kind of hen party that’s still cheeky and lots of fun, but much classier than a male stripper? If the answer is yes then our Life Drawing classes could be the ideal activity for you and the girls; it is by far one of our most popular activities.

Throughout the 1.5 hour long class, an experienced local artist will guide you through the creative process of sketching a hunky male model. All our tutors are experienced artists - essential if you are to get the most out of your session and they are full of personality and fun. They will share lots of helpful, professional tips so that you can make the best possible sketches.  

Having a tutor to run the session also means that they can assist in making the activity a surprise for the hen. They can also take candid pictures throughout the drawing session; these can be emailed after the event so that you have some great pictures of the whole activity.

We pride ourselves on having the best models around. All our male models are hand-picked for their athletic bodies, boyish good looks and standout personalities to create the perfect hen party experience. You will really notice the difference with a professional, fun, experienced tutor running the class. It is always worth checking when looking around, as you could end up with someone with no art experience or drawing ability, or a butler-in-the-buff who turns up with pencils and A4 paper! 

All art materials are supplied. We use high quality hardback artist pads and charcoal to get some great shading techniques to your sketches. Our hunky male models provide the eye candy and are cheeky but professional. The Life Drawing class consists of fun drawing activities and team games to ensure great hen party entertainment from start to finish.

If you would like to surprise the hen, this can be arranged at the point of booking. We will blindfold the hen and get her to disrobe the male model, assisted by our experienced tutor. The reaction from the hen will be priceless and a great photo opportunity! We will also invite the hen to pose (fully clothed) with the male model and the group get to decide which poses they do for some extra fun and giggles. Groups are welcome to come in fancy dress, bring groom masks or props, which we’ll be happy to incorporate into the class. Most special requests can be catered for as you get exclusive use of our venues to do this.

Life Drawing is an activity that everyone gets involved in and you don’t need any drawing experience, we cater for all abilities and ages. Using a real artist with years of tutoring experience is essential for beginner classes so that no one feels like they can’t fully participate in the session. No one will be made to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Life Drawing is a fun and tasteful form of hen party entertainment that is guaranteed to have the girls laughing the whole time. 

Our classes can be held in your own privately rented accommodation or in our exclusive city centre venues. We can provide a venue with full bar service that you will have exclusive use of, free of charge, unlike many other companies that will charge an additional fee to hire a venue or will ask you to source your own venue to use at a cost to you.

Our city centre venues are exclusive to Bristol Stag and Hen and cannot be booked through any other agency, allowing maximum privacy where the girls can relax and let their hair down. Clean, central and fit for purpose – no dingy function rooms and dirty nightclubs - our venues are just as good as our activities. If you are booking other activities with us too, then it’s perfect as everything happens in the same place, so you won’t have to round up the girls to traipse all over the city centre in heels and getting lost. 

If you would prefer us to come to your hen cottage, home address, or rental property this is no problem at all, just mention this when booking. However, we do charge an additional £5 per person for all offsite bookings to cover travel time and costs. We cover Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and the whole of the South West.

Life Drawing is the perfect activity to have in your hen accommodation as it requires very little space and equipment, and doesn’t create a mess that you have to clear up after! If you fancy adding some cocktails or an afternoon tea to the session, then we can provide fully mobile cocktail classes and catering too. 

Rest assured we are very LGBTQ friendly and we also cater for mixed groups and STENS. For your peace of mind all our tutors and models are CRB checked and we also hold full public liability insurance as well as being a full incorporated Limited company. Booking couldn’t be simpler. All we require is a £50 deposit to secure your session. Final numbers only need to be confirmed 14 days before your event when making the final payment. Our simple booking procedure is perfect for organising large groups as we know how difficult it can be to get people to commit and pay deposits!
